What we install
High-definition cameras, a network video recorder, and the viewing app that comes with that system so an authorised person can look in from elsewhere. We size the number of cameras to the doors, counters and store-rooms you actually need to cover, and we say so before we drill anything.
What we need to know first
Which areas must be recorded, whether you need to see faces or only movement, how many days of footage you want to keep, and who is allowed to view it. Remote access is useful and it is also another door into the network, so it is set up with that in mind.
